About us

First Presbyterian Church Preschool was established in 1969 and has a long history of being dedicated to meeting the educational needs of its students. The staff is committed to setting a standard of excellence by working alongside parents to ensure that each child not only receives the tools that are needed in order to succeed academically but also those that are needed to be well-rounded and emotionally sound as well. We believe that we are just the first, small part of your child’s long educational journey and endeavor to make that part, our part, as pleasant and memorable as possible.

First Presbyterian Church Preschool is a Three-Star rated School. We uphold and stand on the word of God as our foundation for the instruction that we provide our students with our day-to-day business operations. You will know from the moment that you drop your child off that they are being left with a staff of trained educators who love them and who will strive for their overall success. it is our firm belief that children excel when they receive the emotional support that they need in order to explore and formulate questions about their changing environment. We work closely with families to establish these fundamental needs. Our philosophy has stood the test of time as evidenced by how well our students do when they leave us to attend elementary school. So why not allow our family to become apart of your family??

First Presbyterian Church Preschool does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, or disability when hiring employees or enrolling students in our school. We are an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all students, staff, volunteers, and clients.
